Wick-It The Instigator
Wick-It The Instigator
Ask anyone who's seen him live and they'll tell you that Wick-it puts on one of the most high-energy, original and entertaining live shows you've ever seen. With successful headlining shows everywhere from California to Alabama, it is clear that the rest of the nation is taking note as well.

What makes Wick-it so special begins in the studio. Starting in 2010 with his groundbreaking Big Boi vs. Black Keys mashup album The Brothers of Chico Dusty, Wick-it's thoughtfully fresh remixes have earned him a reputation amongst listeners as a producer that only puts out the highest quality of tracks. His ability to deliver in a multitude of styles earned him recent support slots for acts like:

Pretty Lights, Ghostland Observatory, Big Boi, Skrillex, Porter Robinson, MiM0SA, Three 6 Mafia, Yelawolf, PANTyRAiD, Girl Talk, SKisM, Borgore, Zoogma, Perpetual Groove, NiT GriT, Zeds Dead and Caspa.

One of the secrets behind his fan base's rabid loyalty is that, although a handful of his tracks have recently been released under labels (and charted on Beatport), the majority of his music is available for free download on his SoundCloud page. With almost 2,000,000 plays and 500,000 downloads, it is clear people simply can't get enough Wick-it. His musical approach is tough to pinpoint given that his roots are in hip-hop, but elements of dubstep, rock and house music have all made their way into his repertoire.

Wick-it's most recent full-length release, Grindhouse Basterds, is a Quentin Tarantino themed hip hop, mashup, dubstep, electronic extravaganza. It features remixes of Apathy, Celph Titled, Bun B, Yelawolf, Aesop Rock, Murs, Slug, Notorious B.I.G., KRS ONE, RZA, Ghostface, and more.

With acts like Bassnectar, Z-Trip & MiMOSA now beginning to catch on (They've been using Wick-its original remixes as part of their current tours), it's only a matter of time before Wick-it is propelled to the top ranks of his craft.
Willy Joy
Willy Joy
Chicago partymaster Willy Joy's "Fly By Night" parties have become infamous touchstones of the eclectic new dance party sound coming out of the Windy City. His DJ sets and original productions have been packing sweaty dancefloors across the country from major festivals like Lollapalooza to your cousin's basement. He was recently asked to become Kid Sister's tour DJ, and his newest track, titled "R...un Up", made with Rob Threezy and released on Trouble & Bass Records, has been tearing up clubs across the country. With his releases getting support from the likes of Diplo, Drop The Lime, Brodinski & Boy 8 Bit, as well as near-constant touring throughout the USA and beyond, Willy is set to blow up fast. URB Magazine named him one of the Next 100 artists to watch - come see him live and you'll instantly know why.
BUKU
BUKU
From the first glimpses of Robert Balotsky's work as Buku, it was clear that the Pittsburgh native and graduate of Music Technology was onto something. With an effortless grasp on sound design and music theory, the young producer combines deceptively simple and emotive melodies, laden with resounding bass drops and intricate drum patterns.

With a love of drums rooting from childhood, his work reflects the obsession – emitting percussive elements only a trained ear could produce. Behind a kit since age 8, he followed the progression of handling duties for multiple bands throughout his adolescence. Once introduced to digital production, Buku took his techniques to stranger dimensions – he's been pushing the boundaries ever since.

His early work has placed him at the forefront of a new wave of rising talent amongst East Coast producers. Garnering interest and plays from Starkey, Lunice, Paper Diamond, Shiftee, Clicks & Whistles, Kastle (to name a few) –the up-and-comer has been paving a promising road over the last year. With his debut release, 'Slippy' under the Slit Jockey imprint and a remix of Starkey's 'Command' on Civil Music, Buku is poised to make much larger waves in the coming months: haters beware.
The Al Gore Rhythm Method
The Al Gore Rhythm Method
Formed in early 2012 by producers Red’s Life(Milwaukee) and PatrickAwesome(Madison), TAGRM has already been making quite an impact on the electronic dance community. Being internationally recognized for their productions and performances right out of the gate, the duo has caught the attention of producers and musicians such as: ETC!ETC!, Designer Drugs, Team Bayside High, Schroff, Sazon Booya and many others.

TAGRM found that their first Beatport release, “In Dabs We Trust”on Demon Dub Records, enjoyed a spot on the top 10 charts for Dubstep, along with a firm hold amongst the top 5 on the Glitch Hop chart. Now having charted again, this time in the Electro House section, with their song “PG-13” Released by both Yucatech Recordings and Straight Up!
